I think I could become a fan of Google’s new Think Quarterly. My favourite bit so far is from Guy Laurence, CEO of Vodafone UK, telling a cautionary joke about the value of simplicity:

When NASA first started sending astronauts into space, they quickly discovered that ballpoint pens wouldn’t work in zero gravity. To combat the problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion developing a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside down, underwater, on any surface and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to 300°C.
