Just back from Suffolk, where I’ve been recording the latest Studio Series album (No. 5) with Andrew Holdsworth & Chris Hampson, and adding two tracks to another album with cellist Tony Woollard (see Chris’s pics here – and blog here). About as perfect a weekend as you could wish for. Great company, amazing studio & piano, fantastic food in the pubs, and the most peaceful countryside on one of the nicest days of the year. To top it all, dropped in on Andrew & Alice in Beccles for dinner before whizzing back down the A12.
